MS Word Toolbars

Somebody messed up one of our computer and lost a “ToolBar” file,edit, view, etc. The icons for save,print, search is still there. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but same results.Also tried the “customize toolbars”, do reset, and “reset my usage data” but to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
