MSAccess Page faults in ODBC32.DLL

We have installed Merant DataDirect and are receiving an illegal operation.
MSACCESS caused an invalid page fault in module ODBC32.dll at 016f:020545eb

Does anybody know of a fix for this? I have been to Merant’s site with no luck
