Hi, I have a pc that has the adware msbb.exe installed. The os is W ME. It shows up as threats when I run Norton 2004 but will not delete. I have followed all the instructions on Nortons website. There are no references msbb.exe,NCase or 180solutions in the registry. I have turned off system restore. I have run ad aware and spybot, deleted any logs or quarentine areas for both programs. Any ideas?
