MSExchange 2007 Vs Autodiscovery

I have problem, I have disabled Anonimous Access for security purpose, but users (Outlook 2007) are prompt for password everytime, what should I do to resorve it which Anonimous Access is disabled? Please

  Where did you disable Anonymous access? IIS.
  What authentications are enabled? Windows Integrated?
