MSIE Link Error

In MSIE 5.5 I can go to outlook to read my mail or read my newsgroups but if try to send a link or send a page or open a new message I get the error message

” OUTLOOK.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows.you will need to restart the program.

An error log is being created.”

Any ideas?
