MSMQ GENERATES DR WATSON

I am supporting a site with 3 identical servers. Our application uses MSMQ. On a particular server, MSMQ crashes at least once a day with a DR WATSON. You can re-start MSMQ and it will be fine, but you’re guaranteed at least one failure in a 24-hour period. We’ve rebuilt the server from scratch to no avail. The spec. is NT4, Option Pack, SP6a, IE 5.5, MSMQ with i304. i304 Fixed the same problem on the other two servers but not on this one. There’s nothing in the Event Log and I cannot deciipher the Dr Watson log sufficiently to troubleshoot. Any input would be most appreciated as I am going bald!
