MSOHELP.exe generated errors

In MS Office 2000 when click on help in any MS Office application a help window starts appearing; then the error message comes in:
“MSOHELP.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.” Uninstalled and reinstalled office. It did not help. Found article on MS Knowledge base: Q237355-OFF2000. Followed the suggestions. Problem still exists. Any ideas?
