MSSQL job/replication monitoring

Hello,

I’m looking for a reliable way to monitor SQL Server transactional replication as well as SQL Agent jobs. We have many servers using replication (and many SQL jobs), and it’s never fun when users or developers call and say jobs or replication aren’t running.

Does anyone have any useful ways to monitor these things?
