Multilingual Excel

The Problem
I have designed an Excel XP Workbook using some of the features found in the Analysis Toolpak. I created these in an English version. The Workbook is to be distributed world-wide including Germany and the Netherlands.

The problem arises in that the German and Dutch version has some local language codes rather than English (which most other worldwide versions have). Therefore, some functions created in an English version will not work with the Dutch or German Version

Can anyone provide some guidance on how I can resolve the problem?
