Multiple Address Books in Outlook 2000

Hi,
I use Outlook 2000 together with an Exchange Server 5.5.
I should now configure outlook (CW) on the way that the Address book of more then one exchange mailbox is visible on a outlook account.
I’ve done this some month ago, there I’ve loaded the address book from the company mailbox inside of the address book from the private mailbox.
Now I should do this in opposite way, but I could not remembering me how I’ve done this.
The user has access to both mailboxes so this is not the problem.
