Multiple Mirrored Volumes on a Dynamic Disk

By jhunerya ·
Hi, I've been working in SBS 2003 SP1 trying to mirror a volume in the Logical Disk Manager.

There are currently 2 disks; Disk 0 and Disk 1.

Disk 0 has 2 volumes, we'll say A and B, B is already mirrored onto Disk 1, and I would like to mirror Volume A onto Disk 1 as well.

Vol. A is 24.41 gb and that's how much unallocated space is on Disk 1. When I try to add the mirror, I get "Logical Disk Manager: An error has occured, consult the System Event Log for more details."

There are no relevant events in the System Log.

The only thing I've been able to think of is that you can't have two mirrors on one disk.

Does anyone know if this is the case?

Thanks in advance, I use this site regularly for help.
