Multiple pages by providing contents dynamically

Hi,
I want to print more than one page to crystal report with same format. So I’ve designed a single form with some textbox and picture box controls and also a single report file (Here I’m passing values from controls only, not from a data base).If I click Add report button, the reports should be added automatically. Finally if I give print, all the pages which I’ve added are should be print to crystal reports. Plz give me a solution.
