Multiple Projects To Mange

I just received 29 Projects to manage. They are all in about 6month timeframes and need to run almost simultaniously.
Any tips or methodologys that may assist me in how to do this… and not overload my work capacity? My future with this company will depend on me completing all 29 Projects before the end of the year… Oh.. It is concerned with system analysis with regards to 29 Identified system in 36 different company’s…. That needs analysis and design and implementation..
