Multiple URL Entries

HI,
i have got 49 pages of URL’s in a word document but in which i have duplicate URL’s in my word file. Now i think its not possible to find out which URL has a duplicate entry. Can anyone suggest me how do i remove the duplicate entries of URL’s from the word file.
