musicmatch/freezeup

By j.wilson ·
I downloaded "music match" to accomodate listening to an audio segment;windows instructed this request. It seems now that I am experiencing freeze-ups more often it seems;usually when I open the startup menu and select "my favourites".I have diabled several pgms. from the system tray;including nav-auto protect. When I experience a problem I go back to the last change I made to the system and revert to previous time.Any ideas. I'm running win/me with hp6736.I also have the latest version of win/mp and continually update software installations

What is your version of the MusicMatch. The currently version is 7.0 To what I know is that the musicmatch program will look for the internet web site to check itself for update. May be during this period the application hangs on you.

Iv had occasional problems with music match before, usally after upgrading, but reinstalling the previous version and then wait for the lastest version to be released.
It usally on the cover disk of some PC mag.
Apart from that stick with it MUSIC MATCH IS AN EXCELLENT PROGRAM.
