I have created a form in Access 2000. On it I have used the “Option Group” feature to create check boxes give a choice from 1 – 5.
(works fine)
However I need to apply the same principle to another group, but it has to be “Mutiple Select”. I need to use the information in a report. When I use just the field the data will be stored in. I linked it to each individual check box(I used mutiple ck bx’s), but when I select one they all are checked. “How can I have a multiple select group that’s stored in one field? Is it even possible?
