I just decided to reformat my computer, I don’t think it had ever been done, so I reinstalled the windows xp pro cd, and installed a new display driver. When it asked if I wanted to restart now or later I chose now. It is now stuck on the slash screen, and will not allow me to enter BIOS, or anything else. What can I do?
