My Galaxy S4 is stuck on Setup Wizard (rooted)

I decided to factory reset my phone (from settings screen) to speed it up a bit and to clear out some old apps. When it turned back on it looked fine and then it went to Setup Wizard screen and it has been stuck saying Please wait while we prepare your phone. It has been like this for a day now. Reminder: My phone is rooted with King Root
