I have a 2003 HP Pavilion ze 1230 laptop that went totally unreadable with no valid explanation. You could barely read the screen. To do so, you must tilt the laptop and place it under the direct light of a lamp. I carefully noticed that I had no problems getting online,or getting into the Display Properties. I tried changing the resolution, but no results came about. I also went into Systems Restore. Also, no positive results. I am totally puzzled. Please don’t get me wrong. The screen is unreadable, however, you can faintly read the webpages, but only when you place the laptop under the direct light of a table lamp and the screen must be tilted. can you assist me? PS: I can’t even get into BIOS.
