my guess would be “user error” since this is obviously the WRONG place to ask that question

At the upper right of most Tech Republic pages is a help link.
Click on it.
Then click on product orders to get a list of FAQs and links to contact customer support.

The Technical Q&A forum is a peer help board that is not heavily monitored by the TR staff.
Same for the discussion forum.
