My Pc Refused to Boots Up

I have A Pc, with AMD-K5 Processor with AMIBIOS. Each time I starts it up, it gives the following message:

Wait…..
UNLOCK KEYBOARD
Press F1 to Resume.

Pls, how do I fix this problem?
