My Pc Refused to Boots Up

I have A Pc, with AMD-K5 Processor with AMIBIOS. Each time I starts it up, it gives the following message:

Press F1 to Resume.

Pls, how do I fix this problem?

If this is a new installation, I would check the wiring. There is a bundle of wires that connect the motherboard to the lights and buttons on the front of the computer. Most likely, there is a wire pair connected to a pair of pins marked KBD_LOCK or something similar. Some cases (mostly older ones) actually had a lock and key that wired to the motherboard. Turning the key would lock the keyboard out. If some other pair of wires, such as a "sleep light" or "HDD light" is attached to that connector on the motherboard, it may short the connection and have the effect of locking the keyboard. Remove any wire pair that's on that connector.

unplug the keyboard.. see if it boots.. if it does.. you need a new keyboard.. but if it still does not.. i would try another keyboard..
