The problem of My PC started when it wouldn’t show any icon on my desktop background, after it was reported severally that ‘explorer.exe’could not be found.
After repairing my Windows XP SP2, it now restarts without loading up to windows.
I know it’s not the power supply but a Operating stystem related issue. What can i do
