    there is the possibility of withdrawing money with the ATM card, but what is the possibility of withdrawing money with Sim card

      loss of sim card due to size.

      A joke- no.

      Without actually entering your sim card into a machine the transactions would have to be over the air. Now who would want to withdraw money from a machine via an over-the-air transaction?

      Alternative – charge the sim card with money via a website (like pay & go) and then allow similar to happen for charging at tills.

      Result – you carry a phone and not a bank charge card or credit card.
