My son told me about an 80s Brit TV series called The IT Crowd.
Really funny. Typical British humor – keeps you on your toes. (The IT is of course the one common to Tech Republic.)
On the web. One compilation is of the best (?) moments of the character Moss. He is Dumb and Dumber in one person.
