My wife was given a desktop from her school. I put it togetherover the weekend. but i’m not able to go online. i called my cable company, to see if there was a problem on there end.. and it was not. but someone whom i was on the phone with, took me throught a couple of steps. and she told me, that the reason you can’t go online cause you can’t pull up the IP.address, or someone from the school has block it.. can anyone help
