how do I first fix my sys restore for win xp op sys? it has no restore points, tried turning it off and back on. It does not work period. Even my registry cleaner detects it not working or says its off when its actually on. (system restore) I have even tried in safe mode, still does not work. Also my defrag, background, and screen saver does not work, when I go to properties or right click on desktop, I only get three tabs instead of the usual 5 tabs to change my different property settings…..how do I fix these windows xp issues?
