MyDoom

Over the past few weeks…I have received thousands of MyDoom.a email meassages. They are all being blocked…but my questions is…should I be concerned that one of my pcs have been infected for the virus to attach itself to our domain name? I’ve updated and scanned all the pcs in the business and cane up with nothing. Any ideas or suggestions?
