MySQL SharePoint Services 3.0

I want to implement Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. I know that it can have MySQL as the database as long as you use Microsoft Access to run queries. Is there a step by step site that shows you exactly how to do this. I am a neebie to this kind of stuff. Thanks for all of your help.
