NAV client removal from wk2

Gone the traditional route, add/remove programs. However, when I attempt to load NAV Server (switching NAV parent) I’m not allowed to proceed with installation because the server thinks it still has the client loaded.

I removed references in the registry and re-booted but the same message pops up.
