Navigation of Downloads on your web site.

I have been trying to download articles on your website and find the task not user friendly. An example would be
"Download this quality management plan to ensure project approval" Thi takes me to the general download area where I selected newest downlod. There was nothing in there. Am I missing something, there is no alert asking for password etc. There are some good articles and I would appreciate how to navigate your download windows to retrieve information

Agreed - Downloads are not readly available - I have registered with the site and logged in. However cannot find any "live" links to what appear good articles. I am also concerned that no reply is evident to a fundamental useability question from the hosts of the site. The original discussion topic was posted in Feb 2003 and it is now Oct!

Site experiencing indexing issues

The site is currently having indexing issues with downloads, TQA and Discussions. The tech group is looking into it, as we know.
