Need a Macro or some HTML Code

I need to post the contents of a server directory to a group of coworkers on a daily basis.

I have the DOS command (dir f:\folder\folder /s /b >directoryfiles.doc) to create a directory list and print it to a Word doc.

What I want on the document is the file path to be a hyperlink to the doc and the “Modified” Date to be listed beside it (indicating the newest doc in the Dir).

Does anyone have a macro that does that or some html code that can look into a server directory and createan accurate list of documents in the dir?
