After 3 years working on a project for a State Gov. We have been ask to fix their problem( nationwide $80, Bil Problem). One IT Dev. has a very small systems working and posted a profit of $197, Mill with 4 locations in the last 4 years. We have found a proven better way and need to find a IT developer or an invester to build a commercial application, where they will get paid on a revenue sharing program. (Projection on one client only in 3 years their part around $45, Mil) will talk to all with signed agreement and have all the details with whitepapers.
