Need an app to track data collection. Any alternatives to form builders?

I know that’s quite easy to find a form app that can help me collect data. But, I’m working with a spread-out team and it’s really difficult to check the progress manually. We’re using Huawei MediaPad T5 10.1″ Tablets and the team has to fill out forms when each task is completed. Are there any good solutions other than the generic form builder?

Yes, you said right. It’s very difficult to check the progress manually. Here’s are the easiest online form builder.
JotForm Mobile Forms, Smartsheet, Zoho forms and device magic.

Zoho is great, not only for forms but for many other stuff as well. I find the form design options of Zoho a bit plain though. Device magic is fantastic for mobile forms, I believe they are a mobile native platform. Smart Sheet is more of a project management tool so it has other functionalities as well. JotForm is quite good as well. They have a web app and a mobile app. I believe they have a feature to manage the team on forms. They’ve been posting it everywhere today 🙂 link removed by moderator
