Need Exchange 5.5 Guru help

I had a failed drive in a RAID 5 array a few weeks ago and after replacing the drive and rebuilding, I keep getting a 195 Event:
MSExchange IS (452) Internal Trace: lv.cxx@902
Also when the online defrag is running on the private store it is triggering the IMC to fail and hence the IS to fail and it gives a 1160 error about a bad message. I use a utility to clear out the bad messages but next time online defrag runs it happens again.
