Need Help Fast

What is the quickest way to restore Exchange 2003 when you have good copies of the .edb and .stm files. We have good copies of the pri and pub edb and stm’s I need to know the best and quiclest way to restore these. Also how would I merge the mail we have just gotten with the ones I restore?
