Need help for cleaning the pc

my computer has been affected by a trojan….magic ps se++ v1.5.on scanning my pc by ad aware it detected a malware in ‘temp’ folder of WINDOWS.So i am not able to delete it or clean it.Can anyone help me with this problem and tell me how to deleted a file from windows
