We have a problem with Windows Xp and InDesign Cs4. Indesign works flawlessly on most of the machines in company. But on one machine we get the errormessage when we try to open some projects:
“Font Capture: InDesign.exe – Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point_except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll”
Things we have tried:
– Uninstall
– Cs4 clean script
– Reinstall
– Rename dwmapi.dll
