I have a list generated with the List manager.
It lists employee names (last name, first name) and dates of several qualifications they all need( Qual1, Qual2, Qual3, etc.)
I then added and expiration date for each qual (Qual1, Qual1 exp, Qual2, Qual2 exp, etc)
My question is i need a formula to list the names of the employees who are within 90 days of any given qual and the qual they are due for.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
