need MS VM opposed to Java VM

Certain software need to have Microsoft Virtual Machine installed opposed to current Java Virtual Machine.

We tried upgrading to IE 6.0 ( it needs to be IE ) and after we got nowhere, we tried doing a couple windows update, with the first one doing the reccomended updates.

any info on a d/l or anything would be appreciated!!
