I have an autistic student who needs to stay in one learning program that we have set up. We want to prevent clicking out of it, and we want to set up sort of a “tablecloth” program over everything else so that will keep only the one program on top. I am not sure if that is called a “splashscreen” or not. It will be used on a pc using Windows 2000, ME or XP
