Need to block user from checking Personal mails.

Hi, I am working as a sys admin in a small concern.
I need to block the users from checking personal mails during office hours in office. tell me the possibilities asap.

Do you have a content filtering proxy server?

Such as WebSense, AllegroSurf, WinProxy, or Squid?

If so, then deny the sites that your users access for webmail (e.g. hotmail.com, etc.).

Use web filtering software to block the web sites that allow web access to mail. And set up firewall rules to block the tcp/udp ports that mail uses (ie 24, 25 etc...) to block Outlook/Outlook Express from receiving it.
