I have a user with a Windows 7 laptop that has the hidden Administrator account disabled and no other users with admin rights. I need to be able to unjoin and join this computer to the network, but don’t have a user with admin privileges to do that. Is there a utility out there that will allow a user with standard privileges to enable the hidden Administrator account or create an account with admin privileges?
