Need to go from TIFF to PDF files?

I am in a small office with not much in the way of programs. We have a new manager who wants to scan some documents and send on to our Denver office as a pdf attachment.
Scanner will only save as jpeg or tiff.
How can I get from tiff to pdf without clicking thru a zillion steps?
