I have a situation where I need to configure a Server 2012 share to allow a certain group of people to have full control (already done, that’s the easy part), but limit a subgroup of the admins to only be able to read file/folder size.
Basically, this is a share for management’s eyes only, and some of the admins for the server are from the managers’ department. These admins need to be restricted from seeing the files, but are responsible for monitoring disk space usage and need to be able to at least read the sizes of the files.
Am I asking the impossible?
