Needing A Backup Program

What backup program out there, nothing too expensive or too hard to find, can do this:

-Backup incremently or completely
-Backup the files themselves (not zip it up into one large file like MSBackup)
-Backups up to/from networks, ZIP drives, CDRWs
-Deletes files in destination that are no longer in source.
-Ability to have multiple configured jobs, and can run on schedualed

Not sure if NTI Backup Now or StompMyPC does these things. Any ideas would be appreciated.
The closeest thing Iam using to all that is XXCOPY personal.
