Needing help

So I have and issue I'm trying to create a windows 10 bootable USB. I have downloaded the windows 10 ISO file one the USB. But my problem the USB won't initialize on its own. If anyone has any tips it would be greatly appreciated.

Bootable pendrive issue

Well, I can help you with that.

1) Plug in your 8GB Pendrive
2)open command prompt with administrator permission
3) Type " Diskpart" - without inverted comma
4) Type "List Disk"
5) Select the disk which has 7082 or something like this figure as space by typing: Select Disk 1 , if the disk with 7082 space is disk 1
6) Type "Clean"
7) Create Partition Primary
Select Partition 1
9) Format fs=ntfs quick
10) Assign
11) Exit

Now ur USB is bootable and u can load windows 10 and format it easily.
