NetBackUP Pro

Has anyone tried using VERITAS NetBackUP Pro for workstation backups? What was the impact on the network (ours is switched 100Mbs per WKSTN). Can you trottle the backup? Assuming each workstation has an average of 5 Gig of real data, and you have100 workstations how much back-end storage would you need?
