Netscape 4.7 Inbox Icon

I have a client who runs netscape 4.7 on a windows 95 platform. He seems to recall that at one time the Netscape Inbox icon was available on the desktop. Try as I may, I can’t seem to get it on the desktop.
Is there any way to get the Netscape mailinbox icon onto the desktop?
