netscape 6 to outlook express

i have tired every possible solution to migrate mail from netscape 6 to outlook express. i tried the import to eudora but it does not pick up the folders. it just stuffs all the mail into the inbox after imporintg it from eudora to outlook.
does anyone have any other possible solutions or suggestions. i am at a total loss….
