By nckdistr ·
I'm having problem, I have a script on my site that shows and works in netscape, and doesn't show in explorer. Then I created a new index page the images and the hover styles, show in explorer but not netscape. My site address is http://www.nckdistributor.com is where the index page is and the script is http://www.nckdistributor.com/wwwboard/wwwboard.html

Yes the whole script works in netscape, and the index page in netscape there should be some images,so the script don't work in explorer and the index page doesn't show the images in netscape

Problems with IE 5.5 and SSL 3.0

by rzan In reply to netscape vs. explorer

HELP! I got a problem. After upgrading to IE 5.5, I am having problems accessing a secure page hosted on my company's server. I actually built this server using Netscape Enterprise Server for Netware, running SSL 3.0, digital certificate created with Novell Certificate Server 2.0. The funny thing is that I can access the https site using Netscape 4.75, but with IE 5.x, I get error messages. I have tried to play with the security setting but no luck. My coworker tried it from his IE 5.0 andit works. If anyone has any idea why I can't access the secure site with IE, please let me know. I can be emailed at:

Thanks.

netscape vs. explorer

The CSS style: A:hover {color : red;} is not supported in netscape ... that's why you don't see it. I suggest you look at:

http://www.browsers.com to keep track of browser differences.
